I drove the car from the barn to the house and back - All under it's own power. I didn't go farther because the batteries have not been charged. For the next couple of days, I'm going to be doing several short runs and recharges to condition the battery pack. By the Saturday after next, it should be ready for the inaugural Ice Cream Run!

I wish we had a photo of us all sitting in the car. Roger was using one of the folding chairs I use in my art class. I was seated next to him on the high wooden stool that places my head and shoulders well above the 'roll bar' for the top. Drew was sitting on a bucket behind me. It must have been a site to see as Roger BACKED us up all the way to the barn.
